Fly-fishing is one of the strongest upcomming ways of fishing; along the water-sides of rivers and lakes one can now a days find more and more anglers trying out a fly-rod. A lot of them get hooked on fly-fishing immediately and add a standard fly-kit to their equipment.

At the moment there is a lot of information available regarding fly-fishing; in specialised shops as well as on many websites and forums on the internet.

There is so much information that, especially new-beginning flyfishers have trouble seeing the wood for the trees; what rods and reels, what lines and flies, what fish and where? Every one has his own experiences with materials and beats and a lot of more veteran fishermen are prepared to share all their information.

Still, we noticed, there is a lot of abracadabra among the information. 

What we at Klarälven Fishing adventures try to do is hold out our hand to the inexperienced or beginning fly-fishermen; to be their 'wading-staff in muddy waters'.

No bombastic talk from fishing-goeroes; no promotion of budget-upgobbling materials, but just a week of fishing in several waters guided by some enthausiastic fly-fishermen, and learning by doing.

Under the guidance of two experienced fly fishermen we will teach you the art of fly-tying, you will get casting instructions or learn to better your casting skills. We will take you to fishing hot spots in the valley of the Klarälven river that will take your breath away.

Here you can fish all the species that are living in these waters.

From brown-trout, grayling and rainbow-trout, to giant pikes and perches. 

In smaller and bigger lakes, in small creeks and of course on the mighty Klarälven river itself you will experience the joy of flyfishing together with your family and fishing friends.

We will take care of the accommodation including breakfast, lunch and dinner, transportation and permits; you will take care of the fish!

Seperate from that we also offer a number of additional extra's; an elk- or beaver safari, a visit to the local fish-nursery or a wilderness walk together with a local guide. As a often welcome variation in our programm for the anglers and to make the trip also suitable for their fellow-travellers; so for wifes, girl-friends and other friends and family-members that do not want to spend the whole day at the waterfront holding a rod there is a lot to do as well
